PCES Meetings

The next meeting of the Pacific Coast Entomological Society will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2020, on the University of California, Davis, campus (the Wildlife classroom Academic Surge 1371).

There will be a pre-meeting dinner beginning at 6:00 PM at the KetMoRee restaurant in downtown Davis. The restaurant's website (with a menu) is available online (https://ketmoree.com/). If you are interested in joining us for dinner, please send an e-mail to Kady Tauber [cat6@cornell.edu] BEFORE Tues, February 25. The restaurant will not make individual checks for large parties; they advise paying with cash.

The members' meeting will start at 7:30 PM. Our speaker will be Martin Hauser, CDFA, Sacramento. The title of his talk is "The curious case of the stingless bees of Palo Alto." As always, notes and exhibits will be welcome at the meeting.

Below is a link to a map of the UC Davis Campus. Traffic on Hwy 80 into Davis (from the west) can backup from about 3:00 - 6:30 p.m. Plan your driving time accordingly.

We look forward to seeing you!

Warmly, Kandis Gilmore
